The recitals contained herein and in the Certificates of each series, except the certificates of authentication, shall not be taken as the statements of the Trustee, and the Trustee assumes no responsibility for their correctness. Subject to Section 7.15, the Trustee makes no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this Basic Agreement, any Equipment Notes, any Intercreditor Agreement, any Liquidity Facility to which the Trustee may be a party, the Certificates of any series, any Trust Supplement or any Note Documents, except that the Trustee hereby represents and warrants that this Basic Agreement has been, and each Trust Supplement, each Certificate, each Note Purchase Agreement, each Intercreditor Agreement and any such Liquidity Facility of, or relating to, each series will be, executed and delivered by one of its officers who is duly authorized to execute and deliver such document on its behalf.
