Not a Collection Guaranty. This Guaranty Agreement is a guaranty of payment and not a guaranty of collection. The Guarantor waives any right to require the Administrative Agent at any time to (i) proceed against the Borrower or any other guarantor now or hereafter guaranteeing any obligations under any of the Loan Documents, (ii) proceed against or exhaust any security for the Lender Indebtedness or (iii) pursue any other remedy in the Administrative Agent's or any Lender's power whatsoever.
