Normal Vesting. Units acquired pursuant to this Agreement will become Vested Units as provided in the Grant Notice. For purposes of determining the number of Vested Units following an Ownership Change Event, credited Service will include all service with any entity which is a member of the Participating Company Group at the time service is rendered, whether or not such entity is a member of the Participating Company Group both before and after such Ownership Change Event.
