Common use of Normal Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Normal Termination Date. Unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 3(b) or Section 6, the Options shall terminate on the termination dates set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Normal Termination Date”), if not exercised prior to such date.
