Normal Maintenance Issues. In the event CPRD notifies the Lessee of an issue regarding Normal Maintenance being undertaken by Lessee, or on its behalf, the Lessee will cease such Normal Maintenance until they receive CPRD’s permission to proceed. In the event that CPRD notifies Lessee that certain items constituting Normal Maintenance are not being performed in a timely manner, Lessee will undertake and complete such requested maintenance as soon as reasonably practicable.
