Common use of Nonexclusive Clause in Contracts

Nonexclusive. Consultant shall retain the right to perform work for others during the terms of this Agreement. Client shall retain the right to cause work of the same or a different kind to be performed by its own personnel or other contractors during the term of this Agreement.
