Common use of Nondisclosure of Trade Secrets Clause in Contracts

Nondisclosure of Trade Secrets. Except to the extent reasonably necessary for the Executive to perform his duties for WGNB and the Bank, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, furnish or disclose to any person, use in any way, or negligently permit any unauthorized person who is not an employee of the Bank to use, disclose or gain access to any Trade Secrets of WGNB or the Bank or its Affiliates, or any other person or entity making Trade Secrets available for the Bank's use, for so long as such Trade Secrets remain "trade secrets" under applicable state law.
