Common use of Nonconformance Report Clause in Contracts

Nonconformance Report. The CH2M HILL Construction Manager or QC Manager shall notify The Subcontractor of any noncompliance with the contract documents. The Subcontractor shall take immediate corrective action after receipt of the noncompliance. Noncompliance notifications may be issued directly to The Subcontractor’s on-site Supervision. If The Subcontractor fails or refuses to take immediate corrective action, the CH2M HILL Construction Manager or QC Manager may issue a stop work order for all or part of the work until satisfactory corrective action has been taken. Noncompliance notification or stop work orders will be documented in the daily report and a Non-Conformance Report (NCR). Verification of the corrective action and its results will be performed by the CH2M HILL Construction Manager or QC Manager and documented in the daily report.
