NONCONFORMANCE DISPOSITION. Supplier shall obtain approval from Spirit for disposition of nonconforming product on Purchase Order. Any product, nonconforming or otherwise, from Spirit’s Customers or from Spirit to Supplier shall only be returned with Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Supplier.
