Noncompliance with Laws, Regulations, or Policies. The Contractor shall be responsible for and shall pay any fines, penalties, or disallowances imposed on the State or Contractor arising from any noncompliance with the laws, regulations, policies, guidelines and Collective Bargaining Agreements that affect the Services, goods, or Deliverables that are to be provided or that have been provided by Contractor, its Subcontractors or agents.
