Non Waiver Survival. No waiver by any party of a default or non-performance by the other party shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default or non-performance. Licensee’s obligations under Sections 6, 8, 11, 15, and 17 and University’s limitation of liability under Section 14 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
