Common use of Non-Violation Clause in Contracts

Non-Violation. The execution and delivery of this Amendment and the performance and observance by it of the terms and provisions hereof (a) do not violate or contravene its Organization Documents or any applicable Laws or (b) conflict with or result in a breach or contravention of any provision of, or constitute a default under, any other agreement, instrument or document binding upon or enforceable against it.

Non-Violation. The execution and delivery of this Amendment and the performance and observance by it of the terms and provisions hereof (a) do not violate or contravene its Organization Documents or any applicable Laws or (b) conflict with or result in a breach or contravention of any provision of, or constitute a default under, any other agreement, instrument or document binding upon or enforceable against it.

The execution and delivery of this Amendment and the performance and observance by it of the terms and provisions hereof do not and will not (a) do not violate or contravene the terms of its Organization Documents or any applicable Laws or Documents, (b) conflict with or result in a any breach or contravention of any provision of, or constitute a default the creation of any Lien (other than Permitted Liens) under, any other agreementContractual Obligation to which it is a party or any order, instrument injunction, writ or document binding upon decree of any Governmental Authority or enforceable against itany arbitral award to which it or its property is subject, or (c) violate any Law.

The execution and delivery of this Amendment and the other Amendment Documentation to which it is a party and the performance and observance by it of the terms and provisions hereof and thereof (a) do not violate or contravene its Organization Organizational Documents or any applicable Laws laws or (b) conflict with or result in a breach or contravention of any provision of, or constitute a default under, any other agreement, instrument or document binding upon or enforceable against it.
