Common use of Non-U.S. Lenders Clause in Contracts

Non-U.S. Lenders. Each Signatory Lender that is not a U.S. person (as defined in Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code), if any, shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent such forms, certificates or other evidence with respect to United States federal income tax withholding matters as such Signatory Lender may be required to deliver to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.16 of the Existing Credit Agreement.
