Non-Urgent Problem. If the Website suffers from a non-urgent problem, the Provider understands that time is of the essence and will use best efforts to correct the problem as soon as possible. The Provider will continue to update the Reseller of the status of the problem until the problem is resolved, at which time, the Provider will promptly notify the Reseller during normal business hours that the problem has been corrected.
