Non-Standard Workflow Clause Samples

The Non-Standard Workflow clause defines procedures for handling tasks or processes that fall outside the usual or predefined methods established in an agreement. It typically outlines the steps parties must take to propose, approve, and implement alternative workflows, such as submitting a written request or obtaining mutual consent before deviating from standard practices. This clause ensures flexibility in operations while maintaining clear communication and accountability, ultimately preventing misunderstandings and disputes when unique or unforeseen situations arise.
