Common use of Non-Solicitation of Restricted Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Restricted Employees. During the Restricted Period, neither the Contributor nor any of its affiliates, including, without limit, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxx and any entities owned or controlled by them (“Xxxxxx Restricted Parties”), shall directly or indirectly (i) solicit, induce or attempt to induce a Restricted Employee to leave his or her employment by SCOLP or any affiliate of SCOLP or the manager of the Project, or to accept any other employment or position, or (ii) hire any Restricted Employee.
