Common use of Non-Solicitation Covenant Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation Covenant. Employee agrees that during employment with the Company and for a period of twelve (12) months following the cessation of employment, Employee will not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any Business of the Company from any of the customers of the Company with whom Employee had direct or indirect contact and/or dealings during the last year of Employee’s employment with the Company.

Non-Solicitation Covenant. Employee agrees that during his/her employment with the Company Employer and for a period of twelve (12) months one year following the his/her termination or cessation of employment, Employee will shall not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any Business of the Company business from any of the customers Employer’s Customers through use of the Company with whom Employee had direct or indirect contact and/or dealings during the last year of Employee’s employment with the Companyany Confidential Information, including actively sought prospective Customers.

Employee agrees that during employment with the Company company and for a period of twelve eighteen (1218) months following the cessation of employment, Employee will not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any business in competition with the Business of the Company Cxxxxxxx from any of the customers of the Company with whom Employee had direct or indirect contact and/or dealings during the last year two years of Employee’s employment with the Company. This provision does not extend to the customers who became customers of the Company at the time of and as a direct consequence of Employee’s commencement of employment with the Company.

This provision does not extend to the customers who became customers of the Company at the time of and as a direct consequence of Employee’s commencement of employment with the Company.

This provision does not extend to the customers who became customers of the Company at the time of and as a direct consequence of Employee’s commencement of employment with the Company.
