Sublessee shall not at any time represent Sublessor, Owner Trustee or Lender as carrying goods or passengers in the Aircraft or as being in any way connected or associated with any operation or carriage being undertaken by Sublessee or as having any operational interest in or responsibility for the Aircraft.
