NON-RELATIONSHIP. Neither Trustor nor, to Trustor’s knowledge, any general partner, director, member or officer of Trustor nor any person who is a Trustor’s Constituent (as defined in Section 8.4) is (i) a director or officer of MetLife or MetLife Bank, (ii) a parent, son or daughter of a director or officer of MetLife or MetLife Bank, or a descendent of any of them, (iii) a stepparent, adopted child, step­son or step­daughter of a director or officer of MetLife or MetLife Bank, or (iv) a spouse of a director or officer of MetLife or MetLife Bank.
