Common use of NON-RELATIONSHIP Clause in Contracts

NON-RELATIONSHIP. In acting on behalf of any Lender in connection with the administration or collection of any Loan, in connection with the holding of or realization upon any Collateral or pursuant to or otherwise in connection with any Loan Document, the Agent shall not be deemed to be acting in (i) any partnership or fiduciary relationship with respect to such Lender or (ii) any agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship with respect to the Borrower or any Subsidiary.
