Common use of NON-RELATIONSHIP Clause in Contracts

NON-RELATIONSHIP. Neither Affiliated Guarantor nor any general partner, director, member or officer of Affiliated Guarantor nor, to Affiliated Guarantor’s knowledge, any person who is a Affiliated Guarantor’s Constituent (as defined in Section 8.4) is (i) a director or officer of Beneficiary, (ii) a parent, son or daughter of a director or officer of Beneficiary, or a descendent of any of them, (iii) a step parent, adopted child, stepson or step daughter of a director or officer of Beneficiary, or (iv) a spouse of a director or officer of Beneficiary.
