Neither Grantor nor, to Grantor’s knowledge, any person who is a Grantor’s Constituent (as defined in Section 8.3) is (i) a director or officer of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MetLife”), (ii) a parent, son or daughter of a director or officer of MetLife, or a descendent of any of them, (iii) a stepparent, adopted child, stepson or stepdaughter of a director or officer of MetLife, or (iv) a spouse of a director or officer of MetLife.
