Common use of NON-RELATIONSHIP Clause in Contracts

NON-RELATIONSHIP. Neither Trustor nor any general partner, director, principal, member or officer of Trustor nor, to Trustor's knowledge, any person who is a Trustor's Constituent (as defined in Section 8.3) is (i) a director or officer of MetLife, (ii) a parent, son or daughter of a director or officer of MetLife, or a descendent of any of them, (iii) a stepparent, adopted child, stepson or stepdaughter of a director or officer of MetLife, or (iv) a spouse of a director or officer of MetLife.

NON-RELATIONSHIP. Neither Trustor nor nor, to Trustor’s knowledge, any general partner, director, principal, member or officer of Trustor nor, to Trustor's knowledge, nor any person who is a Trustor's ’s Constituent (as defined in Section 8.38.4) is (i) a director or officer of MetLifeMetLife or MetLife Bank, (ii) a parent, son or daughter of a director or officer of MetLifeMetLife or MetLife Bank, or a descendent of any of them, (iii) a stepparent, adopted child, stepson step­son or stepdaughter step­daughter of a director or officer of MetLifeMetLife or MetLife Bank, or (iv) a spouse of a director or officer of MetLifeMetLife or MetLife Bank.

Neither Trustor represents and warrants that neither Trustor nor any general partner, director, principal, member or officer of Trustor nor, to Trustor's ’s knowledge, any person who is a Trustor's ’s Constituent (as defined in Section 8.3) is (i) a director or officer of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ("MetLife"), (ii) a parent, son or daughter of a director or officer of MetLife, or a descendent of any of them, (iii) a stepparent, adopted child, stepson or stepdaughter of a director or officer of MetLife, or (iv) a spouse of a director or officer of MetLife.

NON-RELATIONSHIP.
