Non-Raid. For so long as the Employee is employed by Company, Employee covenants and agrees that Employee shall not, working alone or in conjunction with one or more other persons or entities, for compensation or not, directly or indirectly recruit or otherwise solicit or induce any person or entity who is an employee or Vendor of Company or any of its related parties, subsidiaries or affiliates, to terminate their employment with, or otherwise cease their relationship with, Company or any of its related parties, subsidiaries or affiliates.
