Non-Prescribed Rules. To the extent that the rules and procedures for the conduct of a meeting of the Limited Partners are not prescribed in this Agreement, such rules and procedures may be determined by the chair of the meeting. To the extent practicable, the procedures applicable to meetings of companies that offer their securities to the public within the meaning of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) shall apply to meetings of Partners, provided however the Partnership shall not be required to hold annual meetings and the General Partner may seek all such regulatory relief as may be required in any province so that the Partnership is not required to hold such meetings.
