Non-Managed Claims. Nothing in this Paragraph F shall affect in any manner whatsoever the obligations and other Liabilities of UI with respect to the indemnification of CL&P and/or its Affiliates under any of the Transaction Documents for Non-Managed Claims, including UI's obligations to Indemnified Persons under Paragraph G of these Purchase and Sale Terms.
