Non-liability of Individual Officers or Employees of Parties. 8.13.1 No official or employee of City or Agency shall be personally liable to Developer or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City or Agency, or for any amount which may become due to Developer or its successor, or as a result of any representation (except any representation regarding the authority to execute this Agreement), warranty or obligation under the terms of this Agreement.
