Non-Imputation Affidavit. Upon request by Buyer, Seller shall execute an affidavit/indemnity in form approved by Seller and Seller’s counsel in favor of the Title Company to obtain a “non-imputation endorsement” in Buyer’s final policy of title insurance, all at Buyer’s sole cost and expense.
