Common use of Non-Hire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Non-Hire Agreement. Employee will not, either during employment or during the period of two (2) years after expiration or termination of this Agreement, for Cause or by Employee, directly or indirectly, either for himself or for any other person or entity, induce, employ or attempt to employ any person who is at that time, or has been within six (6) months immediately prior thereto, employed by the Corporation or an Affiliate.
