A certificate of non-foreign status pursuant to Treasury Regulation Section 1.1445-2(b)(2) signed by Seller under penalties of perjury stating Seller’s name, address and U.S. taxpayer identification number and stating that Seller is not a foreign person as defined by Section 1445(f)(3) of the IRC.
