Non-exclusively Licensed Patents. For the Post-Sublicensing Licensed Patents, the license grants to MorphoSys with respect to which are non-exclusive, notwithstanding anything express or implied in this Agreement, MorphoSys has no right to enforce the Post-Sublicensing Licensed Patents.
