Common use of Non-Disparagement of the Company Clause in Contracts

Non-Disparagement of the Company. During Employee’s employment with the Company and at all times thereafter, Employee agrees not to make, directly or indirectly, any public or private statements, gestures, signs, signals or other verbal or nonverbal, direct or indirect communications that are or could be harmful to or reflect negatively on the Company and/or any of its affiliates and/or their businesses, or that are otherwise disparaging of the Company and/or any of its affiliates and/or their businesses, or any of their past, present or future officers, directors, employees, advisors, agents, policies, procedures, practices, decision-making, conduct, professionalism or compliance with standards. The provisions of this Section are in addition to any other written agreements on this subject that Employee may have with the Company and/or any of its affiliates, and are not meant to and do not excuse any additional obligations that Employee may have under such agreements.
