NON-DISCRETIONARY DUTIES. Absent a contrary Instruction, the Agent shall, carry out the following without further Instructions, notify Lender of notices, circulars, reports and announcements which the Agent has received, in the course of acting in the capacity of custodian, concerning Assets held on Lender's behalf that require discretionary action.
