Common use of Non-Contravention and Consent Clause in Contracts

Non-Contravention and Consent. The execution, delivery and performance by Purchaser of its obligations under this Agreement and all agreements contemplated hereby will not contravene any provision of applicable law, the certificate of limited partnership of Purchaser, the OP Partnership Agreement or other constituent document of Purchaser, or any agreement or other instrument binding upon Purchaser or any applicable law, judgment, order or decree of any governmental body, agency or court having jurisdiction over Purchaser, and no consent, approval, authorization or order of or qualification with any governmental body or agency is required for the performance by Purchaser of its obligations under this Agreement and all other agreements contemplated hereby.
