NON CONTRACTUAL EXCHANGES. Non contractual exchanges are subject to evidence of insurability. Premiums for the risk resulting from the exchange will be reflected in Schedule C.
NON CONTRACTUAL EXCHANGES. If Life Re is the insurer of the original policy, non contractual exchanges shall be subject to evidence of insurability. Reinsurance premiums for the risk resulting from the exchange shall be the agreed upon exchange premiums. If a reinsurer other than Life Re is the insurer of the original policy, non contractual exchanges shall be subject to evidence of insurability and may be submitted to Life Re as new business.
