NON-CONSECUTIVE DAYS Clause Samples
The NON-CONSECUTIVE DAYS clause defines how certain obligations, services, or activities under an agreement may be performed on days that are not sequential. In practice, this means that the parties are not required to fulfill their duties on back-to-back days; for example, a consultant might provide services on Mondays and Thursdays rather than every day in a row. This clause provides flexibility in scheduling and ensures that the parties can accommodate other commitments or operational needs without breaching the agreement.
