NON-CONSECUTIVE DAYS Clause Samples
The NON-CONSECUTIVE DAYS clause defines how certain obligations, services, or activities under an agreement may be performed on days that are not sequential. NON-CONSECUTIVE DAYS. Subject to Sections 1 and 3 of this Article, if the representatives of the parties fail to agree upon the establishment of non-consecutive off days at any point, the Company may nevertheless establish non-consecutive off days subject to the right of the employes to process the dispute as a grievance or claim under the rules agreement.
