Non-Compliant Work. Should Design Professional and/or OCM identify Work as noncompliant with the Contract Documents, Design Professional and/or OCM shall communicate the finding to Contractor, and Contractor shall correct such Work at no additional cost to the Owner. The approval of Work by either Design Professional or OCM does not relieve Contractor from the obligation to comply with all requirements of the Contract Documents.
