Non-Compliant Delivery and Service. Overshipments and/or early deliveries may be returned at The Supplier’s sole expense, or Oxford Innovation Services Ltd may delay processing the early delivery invoice until the agreed DeliveryDate. Incomplete Service will not constitute acceptance of Service and the payment to be made under the agreed Oxford Innovation Services Ltd payment terms. In addition, if failure to complete the Service is due to The Supplier, then Oxford Innovation Services Ltd will not be held responsible for this failure of Service and in turn are not liable for any additional costs, which will all be borne by The Supplier.
