Non        Basis Sample Clauses

Non        Basis. Collocation shall be made available to Requesting Carrier by Ameritech on a nondiscriminatory basis to the priorities that Ameritech provides to itself, its subsidiaries, Affiliates or other persons. The quality of design, performance, features, functions and other characteristics of Collocation made available to Requesting Carrier under this Agreement shall be provided on a nondiscriminatory basis to that which Ameritech provides in its network to itself, its subsidiaries, its Affiliates or other persons.
