Common use of Non-Access Clause in Contracts

Non-Access. Employee agrees that following the termination of his employment with the Company, he will not access the Company’s computer systems, download files or any information from the Company’s computer systems or in any way interfere, disrupt, modify or change any computer program used by the Company or any data stored on the Company’s computer systems.
