Common use of Non-Abatement of Rent Clause in Contracts

Non-Abatement of Rent. Except as otherwise expressly provided as to damage by fire or other casualty in Section 12(b) and as to condemnation in Section 13(b) and as otherwise specifically noted in this lease, there shall be no abatement or reduction of the Rent for any cause whatsoever, and this lease shall not terminate, and Tenant shall not be entitled to surrender the Premises.

Non-Abatement of Rent. Except as otherwise expressly provided as to damage by fire or other casualty in Section 12(bsubsection 15(e) and as to condemnation in Section 13(bsubsections 18(a) and as otherwise specifically noted in this lease, (b) there shall be no abatement or reduction of the Fixed Basic Rent, Additional Rent or other sums payable hereunder for any cause whatsoever, whatsoever and this lease Lease shall not terminate, and nor shall Tenant shall not be entitled to surrender the Premises, in the event of fire, casualty or condemnation or any default by Landlord under this Lease.

Non-Abatement of Rent. Except as otherwise expressly provided as to damage by fire or other casualty in Section 12(b) and ), as to condemnation in Section 13(b) ), as to utility interruption as provided in Section 7(e), and as otherwise specifically noted to payment by Landlord of the Allowance for Initial Tenant Improvements as provided in this leaseSection 28(d), there shall be no abatement or reduction of the Rent for any cause whatsoever, and this lease shall not terminate, and Tenant shall not be entitled to surrender the Premises.

Except as otherwise expressly provided as to damage by fire or by any other casualty in Section 12(bParagraph 16(e) and as to condemnation in Section 13(bParagraphs 19(a) and as otherwise specifically noted in this lease, (b) there shall be no abatement or reduction of the Rent tile minimum rent, additional rent or other sums payable hereunder for any cause whatsoever, and this lease shall not terminate, and Tenant shall not be entitled to surrender the Premises.

Except as otherwise expressly provided as to damage by fire or other casualty in Section 12(bsubsections 15(e) and as to condemnation in Section 13(bsubsections 18(a) and as otherwise specifically noted in this lease, (b) there shall be no abatement or reduction of the Rent Minimum Annual Rent, additional rent or other sums payable hereunder for any cause whatsoever, whatsoever and this lease Lease shall not terminate, and nor shall Tenant shall not be entitled to surrender the Premises, in the event of fire, casualty or condemnation or any default by Landlord under this Lease.

Non-Abatement of Rent. Except as otherwise expressly provided as to damage by fire or by any other casualty in Section 12(bsubparagraph (e) and of Paragraph 10 and, conditionally, as to condemnation in Section 13(bsubparagraphs (a) and as otherwise specifically noted in this lease(b) of Paragraph 11, there shall be no abatement or reduction of the Minimum Annual Rent, Additional Rent or other sums payable hereunder for any cause whatsoever, and this lease Lease shall not terminate, and Tenant shall not be entitled to surrender or abandon the Premises.

Except as otherwise expressly provided as to damage by fire or by any other casualty in Section 12(bParagraph 16 (c) and as to condemnation in Section 13(bParagraphs 19 (a) and as otherwise specifically noted in this lease, (b) there shall be no abatement or reduction of the Rent minimum rent, additional rent or other rent payable hereunder for any cause whatsoever, and this lease shall not terminate, and Tenant shall not be entitled to surrender the Premises.

Except as otherwise expressly provided as to damage by fire or other casualty in Section 12(bSubsection 18(e) and as to condemnation in Section 13(bSubsections 21(a) and as otherwise specifically noted in this lease, (b) there shall be no abatement or reduction of the Fixed Basic Rent, Additional Rent or other sums payable under this Lease for any cause whatsoever, whatsoever and this lease Lease shall not terminate, and nor shall Tenant shall not be entitled to surrender the Premises, in the event of fire, casualty or condemnation.

Non-Abatement of Rent.
