Common use of Nominated Representative Clause in Contracts

Nominated Representative. If you are a member of a Client Group, you may appoint a Nominated Representative in accordance with the terms of the Engagement Letter you received at the outset of our engagement. The Nominated Representative has the authority of each member of the Client Group to collect personal and credit information held by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ SA and to disclose such information to Brentnalls SA.
