Nominal Funder Clause Samples

Nominal Funder. An entity that satisfies the following requirements is eligible to become a Nominal Funder. The entity: a. Is a non-FERC jurisdictional transmission dependent utility; b. Will participate in the Northern Tier planning process; and c. Has either electric load, electric generation, or both, which is interconnected with an existing Full Funder or which is located within the balancing authority area of an existing Full Funder.
