Common use of Noise Control Code provisions Clause in Contracts

Noise Control Code provisions. In accordance with the provisions of Section 24-216 (b) of the Administrative Code ("Administrative Code"), Noise Abatement Contract Compliance, devices and activities which will be operated, conducted, constructed or manufactured pursuant to this Agreement and which are subject to the provisions of the Noise Control Code shall be operated, conducted, constructed, or manufactured without causing a violation of the Administrative Code. Such devices and activities shall incorporate advances in the art of noise control development for the kind and level of noise emitted or produced by such devices and activities, in accordance with regulations issued by the Director of the Department of Environmental Protection.
