Node-Locked License. With a Node-Locked License LICENSOR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the PROGRAM: (a) worldwide; (b) during a non-limited period of time unless otherwise indicated by LICENSOR on providing the license key; the term of the license mentioned above can be terminated on conditions stated in the Section 9 of this XXXX; (c) for commercial and non-commercial purposes; (d) subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX. You may activate the PROGRAM on only one device at a time and use it in executable form only.
Node-Locked License. If you are using the Materials under the control of a Node-Locked license, you may use the Materials only on a single designated computer by no more than the authorized number of concurrent users. A separate license is required for each additional concurrent user and/or computer in all other cases. Intel will provide you with a license code key that enables the Materials for a Node-Locked license up to the authorized number of concurrent users. If you obtained a time-limited Node-Locked license, the duration (time period) of your license and your ability to use the Materials is limited to the time period of the obtained license, which is controlled by the license key code for the Materials.
Node-Locked License i. A Node-Locked License provides for one (1) instance per license.
Node-Locked License. If You obtained the Materials under a node-locked license, You may use the Materials only on a single designated computer by no more than the authorized number of concurrent users. If You obtained a time-limited node-locked license, the term of Your license and Your ability to use the Materials is limited to the time period of the obtained license, which is specified on Intel’s download website, specified in the applicable documentation or controlled by the license key for the Materials.
Node-Locked License. The license is locked to a computer Host-ID and is only working if started on the specified computer. A backup-license valid for one year is included on a second machine for non-operational use as long as the maintenance contract is in effect.
Node-Locked License. You may install the Software on one identified computer (node) and one identified individual (named-user) may use the software locally on that node. If the named-user leaves your employ or is transferred such that he or she no longer requires use of the software, you may transfer this license to an alternative named-user.

Node-Locked License. If Licensee purchased a license for the Software that is not identified on the corresponding invoice as a “floating” license then, for each such license purchased (each, a “Node- Locked License”), the Software may be installed only on one workstation, and may be used by only one user at a time. For Software licensed to Licensee pursuant to a Node-Locked License, Licensee must contact Keysight to move the Software between workstations.
Node-Locked License. Under the terms of a User-Node-Locked License, the software is authorized for use by a single user of a single specific machine. The license is bound to this machine and may not be transferred. It may only be used by the single activated user on that machine. It is not authorized for use in virtualized environments or terminal servers. The license is limited by the term or period set form in the order. Trial licenses are limited to a specific version of the software.
