Node Fees Clause Samples

The Node Fees clause defines the charges or payments associated with the use or operation of a node within a network or system. Typically, this clause outlines how fees are calculated, who is responsible for payment, and the timing or method of payment—such as monthly charges for network access or transaction-based fees for data processing. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and predictability regarding the costs of node participation, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying financial obligations between parties.
Node Fees. Node fees are paid by a Client in exchange for a Node submitting the Client’s transactions to the Hedera Network (“Node Fees”). Node Fees are paid by a Client directly from the Client’s Account to the designated Node Account of the Node that submits the Client’s transaction to the Network.
