NO WARRANTIES OR INSURANCE. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.33, the Company has not made any express warranties regarding any Products and the Company does not offer or sell insurance or consumer protection plans or other arrangements that could result in the Company being required to make any payment to or perform any service for any person other than routine matters described as "Retailer Responsibilities", "Retailer General Installation and Home Delivery Guidelines" and the like in the Dealer Agreements listed on Schedule 5.31.
