Common use of No Warranties; Conduct Clause in Contracts

No Warranties; Conduct. Licensee will not make any representations or warranties concerning Enterprise or the Data to any third party (including, without limitation, prospects or End Users) except with the prior written approval of Enterprise. In exercising its rights and performing its duties hereunder, Licensee will at all times refrain from engaging in any illegal, unfair or deceptive trade practices or unethical business practices.
