No Warranties by the County. The Company acknowledges that the County has made no warranties or representations, either express or implied, as to the condition or state of the Project or as to the design or capabilities of the Project or that it will be suitable for the Company’s purposes or needs. No representation of the County is hereby made with regard to compliance by the Project or any Person with laws regulating: (i) the construction or acquisition of the Project; (ii) environmental matters pertaining to the Project; (iii) the offer or sale of any securities; or (iv) the marketability of title to any property.
