No Waiver Under Other Agreements. The terms and provisions contained in this Agreement are not intended and shall not be construed to waive, modify, repeal, stay, diminish or otherwise impair or affect in any manner whatsoever any right or remedy of Consultant or the Holder(s) under the Company's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or similar agreements, or any other agreements between the Company and/or its affiliates and Consultant.
