Common use of No Waiver of Remedies Clause in Contracts

No Waiver of Remedies. No course of dealing or failure or delay on the part of the Bank in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or under the Note shall constitute a waiver of any right or remedy hereunder or under the Note, nor shall any partial exercise of any right or remedy hereunder or under the Note preclude any further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy hereunder or under the Note. Such rights and remedies expressly provided are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies which the Bank would otherwise have.
